TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Sales EDC ("SEDC," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Service Description

Sales EDC is a sales assistant that provides pre-call briefs, weekly digests, account tracking, and goal-aware nudges via SMS and voice. The service requires a 30-day free trial followed by a monthly subscription.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate contact information (email and mobile phone number). One account per sales professional.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to SMS messaging, you consent to receive text messages from Sales EDC at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include: pre-call briefs, weekly digests, account notifications, and goal-aware nudges.

• Message Frequency: Varies (typically 3-7 messages per week)
• Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to opt out at any time
• Help: Reply HELP for help or email support@sales-edc.com
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number

You can opt out of SMS messages anytime by: (1) replying STOP to any message, (2) toggling SMS off in your account settings, or (3) contacting support. Opting out of SMS does not affect your account access or other services.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We use Twilio Inc. for SMS delivery.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. The first 30 days are free. After that, you'll be charged monthly at the rate disclosed at signup.

5.1 Pricing

• Vault: $9.99/month (billed monthly)
• Pro: $169/month (not yet available; pricing shown for reference)
• À la carte reports: $9.99 per report (Market Report, Pre-Call Brief, or Account Enrichment); each opens or adds to your Vault

5.2 Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel anytime — no refunds for partial months. Email support@sales-edc.com to cancel.

6. Your Data

You own your data. We store it encrypted and never sell it. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting support@sales-edc.com. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Acceptable Use

Don't use Sales EDC to violate laws, harass people, or spam. Don't share your account. Don't reverse-engineer the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99%+ uptime but make no guarantees. We may update or modify the service at any time. We'll notify you of material changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sales EDC is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

You can cancel anytime by emailing support@sales-edc.com or via your account settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in El Dorado County, California. Sales EDC LLC, PO Box 146, Shingle Springs, CA 95682.
