SMS Messaging Privacy

What We Collect

When you opt in to SMS messaging, we collect: mobile phone number, consent timestamp, IP address, user agent, and Stripe session identifier.

How We Use It

We use your phone number to send: pre-call meeting briefs, weekly account digests, high-priority account notifications, and goal-aware nudges. Message frequency varies (typically 3-7 messages per week). We never sell or rent your phone number to third parties.

Your Rights

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to our number, disabling SMS in your account dashboard, or contacting support@sales-edc.com. Opting out of SMS does not affect your account access or other services.

Data Retention

We retain consent logs indefinitely for compliance purposes. Phone numbers are retained while your account is active and for 90 days after opt-out.

Third-Party Processors

How We Use Your Information
