We deliver briefs 2 hours before the meeting. If you order with less than 4 hours' notice, we'll deliver within 1 hour. For same-day urgent requests (less than 2 hours), email support@sales-edc.com and we'll prioritize your brief.
Can I use this for internal meetings?
Pre-Call Briefs are designed for external prospect/customer meetings. For internal meetings, we recommend the Market Report (company research) or Contact Enrichment (attendee profiles) instead.
Do I need to provide attendee names?
No. If you provide attendee names, we'll enrich their profiles. If not, we'll focus on company context, recent news, and general talking points. You'll still get a useful brief.
Where does my brief go?
