“I need briefs to include the buyer's public activity from the last 30 days.” Clear. Specific. We can act on this.
“Can you add a CRM sync so briefs land in my pipeline?” Direct ask. We know what you want.
“The Friday wrap-up timing does not work for me. Can I move it to Thursday at 4pm?” Use case is clear. Solution is obvious.
“I sell construction equipment. Add a jobsite-visit prep SKU that pulls permit data.” Vertical-specific. We love this kind of feedback.
