We are not asking for a survey or a focus group. We are asking you to put SEDC to work on the accounts you already call on, and to tell us, plainly, where it falls short.
When an answer is off, when a card is thin, when the tool gets in your way — that is the feedback we need. A founding tester who tells us hard truths is worth more to us than a hundred polite ones.
That is the whole deal. You test it honestly. We fix what you find.
